Setting Goals

 

Everyone has goals that they want to accomplish.  Sometimes those goals may either be to easy or to hard to be realistic.  When goals are not hard enough or the goals are too hard then they do not provide the necessary motivation to help you train to reach that goal.  As a client of Peak Performance Running we will help you set realistic short term goals so that you can reach your long term goals.
