All customers of Peak Performance Running will have access to our online training log. Your coach will input your training schedule into the training log and after you complete each training session you can enter the information into the log. Within seconds of entering your information your coach will have the ability to view how the run went and make any necessary adjustments to the following workouts if it is needed.
With the online training log you can either print out the schedule or you can have a reminder emailed with you that tells you exactly what to run. The online training log keeps track of total weekly mileage as well as paces for each run. You also have the option of reviewing your recent training information in a variety of different graphs.
